Amazon Affiliate Disclosure

Just Drones is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and the Amazon Australia Associates Program, affiliate advertising programs designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.au and other Amazon properties.

What that means in plain English: when you click on one of our product links and end up buying something at Amazon, we earn a small commission. The price you pay is exactly the same. Amazon decides our cut, not the brand whose drone you bought.

What we do with this

  • Affiliate links pay for our hosting, the gear we crash during reviews, and the time we spend writing instead of doing real jobs.
  • We do not let commission rates dictate what we recommend. The drone that gets top spot on a list is the drone we think wins the category, full stop.
  • We do not hide affiliate links. Anywhere you see a button or link that says “Check price on Amazon” or similar, assume it’s an affiliate link. Our tag is drones02-22 — you can see it in any URL.

Other disclosures

We have, occasionally, accepted review units from manufacturers. When we do, we say so at the top of the article. Free hardware does not buy a positive review — see anything we’ve written about Holy Stone if you doubt that.

We do not currently run Mediavine, Ezoic or other display ad networks. Ads on the site, if you ever see any, are limited to direct affiliate product cards.

Questions

If something on this site doesn’t feel right, or you spot a broken / mis-tagged affiliate link, email [email protected] and we’ll sort it.
