Returns and Refunds

All refunds are made at the full discretion of the Just Drones management. All refunds due to no stock will be made at 100% including freight.

Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do. We will cover the cost of freight of returned items where the mistake has been ours. If you require the goods to be returned for refund due to one of the reasons allowed above, you need to contact us to arrange collection.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, it is not uncommon for damage to occur if not operated correctly, please carefully read instruction manuals provided. We do offer repairs at buyer's expense, subject to parts available, please inquire on the parts section for further details.

If products are faulty we will meet our obligation under the Consumer Guarantees Act to prepare a repair, replacement or a refund if we can't satisfy either of the above two remedies. If an item is claimed to be faulty or misrepresented, please send it back to us via the return address for us to assess the situation. If a product is faulty or misrepresented then any refund will also include freight costs.

RC quadcopters are NOT toys! Our warranty doesn't cover damages incurred during flying, landing, crashing or modifications.
